Welcome to Touch Grass Tour. We want to be fully transparent about how we monetize our travel blog. Our primary goal is always to provide honest advice and inspiring content for your family travels.
We currently participate in a few select affiliate marketing programs.
1. What is an Affiliate Link?
Some of the links we provide for hotels, tours, and activities are affiliate links.
- This means that if you click on one of those links and proceed to make a booking or purchase a ticket, we will receive a small commission from the booking company or travel technology partner that processes the reservation.
- Crucially, this commission is paid by the third-party company and does not result in any extra cost to you. The price you pay remains exactly the same.
We only link to services and platforms that we have personally used, trust, or strongly believe will add value and convenience to your trip planning.
For details on how tracking technologies (cookies) are used by these third parties to track referrals, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
2. Our Active Affiliate Programs
We only use affiliate links for travel booking and experience platforms that align with our content. Our current programs include:
2.1. Accommodation (via Stay22 Travel Technology)
Our primary accommodation recommendations, which may appear as clickable cards or links for specific hotels, are managed through Stay22.
What this means: When you click on one of our hotel links, the Stay22 technology instantly checks prices across multiple platforms (including Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.) and seamlessly directs you to the site offering the best price or conversion rate. Our commission is paid by Stay22, based on whichever final booking site you use.
This process ensures we provide the greatest convenience and best pricing options for you while monetizing our recommendations.
2.2. Tours and Activities
- Viator (for tours and activities)
- GetYourGuide (for tours and activities)
We are not currently participating in the Amazon Associates program or accepting paid sponsorships or endorsements. Should our monetization strategy change in the future, this policy will be immediately updated.3.
3. Editorial Independence
The commissions we receive never influence the topics we cover, the destinations we choose, or the honesty of our opinions and reviews. We only recommend travel services that genuinely serve our readers and help you travel more effectively.
4. Need More Information?
The use of our Site is governed by our Terms of Service. If you have any questions regarding our use of affiliate links or this policy, please contact us directly.
